Our proposal for the basement renovation is to remove all the layers accumulated throughout the life of the townhouse including plasters, drop ceilings and vinyl sidings. The original wood joist are sanded and finished with transparent lacquer. The bathroom and the laundry room are renovated with minimalist style. The use of vibrant yellow and red color has brighten the dark space.
