Our proposal for the third floor apartment of a historic limestone townhouse has transformed the deteriorated space into a modern apartment with attention to details. The scope of work includes renovation of the kitchen, bathrooms and restoration of historic details. The budget conscious project utilizes IKEA kitchen and bathroom furniture while preserving and restoring window and door moldings and ceiling plaster work.
