Our proposal for the basement renovation is to remove all the layers accumulated throughout the life of the townhouse, including plaster, drop ceilings, and vinyl siding. The original wood joists are sanded and finished with transparent lacquer. The bathroom and the laundry room are renovated with minimalist style. The use of vibrant yellow and red color has brightened the dark space.
