WINSDOR TERRACE TOWNHOUSE · LOCATION: BROOKLYN, NYC · YEAR: 2017 · STATUS: CONCEPT DESIGN· Concept design of an approximately 600sf addition on the roof of existing two-story, two-family townhouse. The new addition will seamlessly blend a contemporary aesthetic with the traditional nature of the existing house. The project also involves the reconfiguration of the garden level extension to include a kitchen and laundry room, and create a direct connection to the cellar storage space.
