CYPRESS HILLS TOWNHOUSE · LOCATION: BROOKLYN, NYC · YEAR: 2017 · STATUS: CONCEPT DESIGN ·Conceptual design for the renovation of an approximately 1600sf two-story, two-family, wood-framed house located in Cypress Hills. The design aims to blend the traditional nature of the existing house with a contemporary lifestyle and involves modifications to the rear yard extension, reconfiguration of the interior spaces, and renovations of all bathrooms and kitchens in the building.
