The East River Studio Project is designed as a work-live studio space for two young professionals. The room is kept open to allow light coming in through two large east facing windows facing the street. The brick fireplace gives accent to the mostly minimal interior finishes and modern bathroom fixtures. The timeless design will last into the future decades.
